Asthma is more common than you might think. More than 22 million people in the United States have asthma, including 6.5 million children under age 18, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Asthma is a chronic disease of the passageways (known as airways) that carry air to the lungs. When asthma strikes, these airways become constricted, and their linings become swollen, irritated, and inflamed. In susceptible individuals, this inflammation causes recurrent episodes of wheezing, breathlessness, chest tightness and coughing, particularly at night or in the early morning.
Asthma is often associated with other conditions. These conditions are often considered triggers, or things that make asthma worse . Asthma is one of the 3 manifestations of a pattern of allergy, called atopy. The associated disorders are eczema and hay fever.
Medications for long-term control of asthma include inhaled corticosteroids, cromolyn, nedocromil, leukotriene modifiers and long-acting bronchodilators. Inhaled corticosteroids remain the most effective anti-inflammatory medications in the treatment of asthma.
What if there was a way to naturally reduce the chances you will suffer from an asthma attack?
One study in 2005 found that 57% of the asthmatics studied found more relief from a combination of conventional and natural treatments, than prescription medicines alone. One of the natural treatments being used was aloe vera. This is not surprising because there are published studies on the benefits of aloe vera for asthma from as far back as 1951 to more recently in the mid 1980’s.

The dreary and cold winter months are upon us. Depending on where you live, the days seem to crawl. Outdoor activities are limited. Children get the sniffles. Colds are numerous and to make matters worse, the flu virus is part of the package during this time of year. And if that isn’t enough, houses that are heated contribute to dry and flaky skin.
There is just one single ingredient that you can take that will help with either the cold, the flu and cold induced dry skin. Aloeride® is a very effective aloe vera supplement. Taken as one capsule a day, Aloeride® is able to ward off winter’s calamities. And because Aloeride® is rich in vitamins and antioxidants, taking it on a daily basis will help in preventing the signs of aging from taking a strong hold. Outer layers of the skin will respond positively to the production of collagen and the skin stays hydrated by water that is retained.
What is Aloeride®? It is 100% pure aloe vera extract. It is loaded with minerals, photochemicals and antioxidants. Its healing qualities go back to the Egyptians who considered aloe vera to be the answer for everlasting youth. Today, aloe vera extract has been used to treat acne, eczema, psoriasis and other skin conditions. Digestive tract disorders, cardiovascular symptoms and other compromised body functions have seen great improvement whenAloeride® was taken on a daily basis.
During the winter months, taking one Aloeride® capsule will provide an antimicrobial, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Because a weak immune system is a major reason why individuals fall victim to colds and flu, Aloeride® gives that immune system the needed helping hand in order to ward off the many viruses that are common during the cold season.
Have you ever noticed how strong you feel in the warmer months and how that changes when the temperatures turn cold and your ability to go outdoors is restricted? Your immune system responds to the sun and when not available in “stronger doses” than taking Aloeride® picks up and continues strengthening your immune system.
No one can go wrong when Mother Nature provides this 100% aloe vera extract in a tiny pill that is not filled with additives and is strictly taken to heal from the inside out.
Acquiring mouth ulcers is another sign of a compromised immune system much the same way easily acquired colds are. Opening a capsule of Aloeride® and mixing it with water, letting it stay in your mouth at least five minutes will definitely do its part in stopping the pain and healing the lesion. Nothing hurts worse when attempting to eat a meal and there is a mouth ulcer preventing you from enjoying it.
If you are looking for Aloe Heat Lotion you are probably looking for the product “Aloe Heat Lotion” made by Forever Living who are the largest producers and growers of Aloe Vera and have been established since 1978.
Aloe Heat Lotion has combined its main ingredient, Aloe Vera, with warming agents to make it a wonderful massage lotion for tiered muscles and dry skin.
What makes it so good is because of the amazing properties of Aloe Vera. Aloe Vera is able to penetrate right down into the skin and take its natural anti-inflammatory and pain killing effect with it. It is an oil-in-water lotion and menthol, eucalyptus oil, apricot kernel oil, sesame oil and jojoba oil have been added to make it ideal for massage.
I have been using this product for over 12 years and have found many uses for it in my family.
My First Time Using Aloe Heat Lotion
The first time I used it I had hurt my back lifting a suitcase down from a table. I was going away and didn’t want to smell of menthol the whole weekend. However I found when I used this particular Aloe Heat Lotion after15 minuets the menthol smell had left me and my pulled muscle felt so much better. It worked so quickly! By the way you can get Forever Living’s Aloe Heat Lotion here.
My mother often complained about her “arthritic knees” as she called them but as far as she was concerned Aloe Heat Lotion really did soothe and ease them. With the flick back lid she could manage by herself.
Aloe Heat Lotion and Headache
I used to get the odd head ache and hated taking artificial pain killers for it. If I took a small amount on my finger and rubbed it into my temples within 15 minuets that pain would have gone. I found it was really good on a stiff neck, you know the type you might wake up with when you have laid awkwardly on your pillow.
One of my children would get asthma and I found when I rubbed a little on her chest and back it helped her breathing. It is perfectly safe to use on children.
It is by now obvious to me that Aloe Heat Lotion can be used on any pulled muscle and I became very popular with my local sports centre as I would always bring a tube with me!
So, if you have had a long, hard day doing whatever you do I suggest you try the Aloe Heat Lotion for yourself.
You have decided that it was time to take better care of yourself and having read on the health benefits of aloe vera, you are determined to learn how to make aloe vera juice. Having grown aloe vera in your garden, you learn that it is quite simple and cheap to make this juice using aloe vera leaves.
Unfortunately commercial aloe vera products have chemical additives added to keep them stable. This allows them a longer shelf life but in the process they have become less than 100% natural.
Using the natural product is always better and if you have your own aloe vera plant, than you will be able to take advantage of using your own 100% natural product. You will need to consider making aloe vera juice that will last no longer than two days in your refrigerator. Aloe vera juice shouldn’t be kept longer than one week in the refrigerator.
Filleting an aloe vera plant to create a normal dosage of 300 grams of pure aloe vera juice will need an aloe vera leaf of 400 grams from a mature aloe vera plant. The ends and the edges of the leaf are cut off. The leaf is then split in two halves and clear gel is filleted out of the peelings. Don’t contaminate this gel with the latex of the leaf, a bitter yellow juice that comes out of the peelings. Blend the aloe vera gel and add the juice of a citrus fruit, blending for two minutes.
Put the mixture in the refrigerator for two hours to settle it. It is then ready to drink. If you want, you can dilute this mixture with water or any other natural juice to bring out the unique taste.
Only peel one side of the leaf, cutting the edges off and use a spoon to scoop out the gooey aloe.
Aloe possesses a laxative effect; consume just a little bit.
Use clean hands to transfer the get from the jar to your face or body.
Can aloe vera juice contribute to weight loss? Yes…it works to reduce and stabilize the body mass index (BMI) by stimulating the metabolic rate in the liver cells so that more energy is burned. This energy comes from fat and carbohydrate stored in the body.
Drinking aloe vera juice amounts to multiple workouts throughout the week.
Also, aloe vera has a high content of collagen protein. Drinking aloe vera juice daily allows the body to spend additional energy to encourage protein into your system. Aloe vera also reduces the time food stays in the intestine which means that less energy is absorbed from the food.
Aloe vera allows you to achieve a healthy body weight and is also known as the dietary plant, the “harmony remedy”. Take better care of yourself and create a winning recipe using aloe vera as the basis for healthy juices to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
