A Recipe for Aloe Vera Juice

You have decided that it was time to take better care of yourself and having read on the health benefits of aloe vera, you are determined to learn how to make aloe vera juice. Having grown aloe vera in your garden, you learn that it is quite simple and cheap to make this juice using aloe vera leaves.

Unfortunately commercial aloe vera products have chemical additives added to keep them stable. This allows them a longer shelf life but in the process they have become less than 100% natural.
Using the natural product is always better and if you have your own aloe vera plant, than you will be able to take advantage of using your own 100% natural product. You will need to consider making aloe vera juice that will last no longer than two days in your refrigerator. Aloe vera juice shouldn’t be kept longer than one week in the refrigerator.
Filleting an aloe vera plant to create a normal dosage of 300 grams of pure aloe vera juice will need an aloe vera leaf of 400 grams from a mature aloe vera plant. The ends and the edges of the leaf are cut off. The leaf is then split in two halves and clear gel is filleted out of the peelings. Don’t contaminate this gel with the latex of the leaf, a bitter yellow juice that comes out of the peelings. Blend the aloe vera gel and add the juice of a citrus fruit, blending for two minutes.
Put the mixture in the refrigerator for two hours to settle it. It is then ready to drink. If you want, you can dilute this mixture with water or any other natural juice to bring out the unique taste.
Special tips:
Only peel one side of the leaf, cutting the edges off and use a spoon to scoop out the gooey aloe.
Aloe possesses a laxative effect; consume just a little bit.
Use clean hands to transfer the get from the jar to your face or body.
Can aloe vera juice contribute to weight loss? Yes…it works to reduce and stabilize the body mass index (BMI) by stimulating the metabolic rate in the liver cells so that more energy is burned. This energy comes from fat and carbohydrate stored in the body.

Drinking aloe vera juice amounts to multiple workouts throughout the week.
Also, aloe vera has a high content of collagen protein. Drinking aloe vera juice daily allows the body to spend additional energy to encourage protein into your system. Aloe vera also reduces the time food stays in the intestine which means that less energy is absorbed from the food.
Aloe vera allows you to achieve a healthy body weight and is also known as the dietary plant, the “harmony remedy”. Take better care of yourself and create a winning recipe using aloe vera as the basis for healthy juices to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
