Aloe Vera For Leaky Gut

Is Your Gut Leaking? Solving Intestinal Problems with Aloe Vera
Those who are not familiar with the term “leaky gut” may find it strange to think that your gut is “leaking” as it is made up of fairly solid components. The “leaky gut” syndrome is indeed a very common cause of various digestive problems, such as IBS, IBD, diarrhea, constipation, Crohn’s disease, Celiac disease and so on. Leaky gut is also one of the causes for various skin disorders such as eczema and psoriasis.
If you have no idea on how your digestive tract works, it is indeed a pretty long and laborious process. Starting from your esophagus, the food you eat will travel to your stomach where it is mixed with enzymes and acid to be broken down to smaller pieces. They then move to your small intestine, which is as long as twenty feet. The nutrients from the food is then absorbed by the body. The small intestine has another important task, that is to make sure toxins, microbes and other non-nutrients do not reabsorbed into the bloodstream.
This is where the “leak” occurs. If your “gut wall” becomes permeable, things that shouldn’t get into your blood can get into it. A leaky gut makes your liver and immune system work harder and can result in a number of conditions, including the common intestinal problems mentioned earlier but also including problems like accelerated aging, endometriosis, and even autism. Leaky gut has numerous causes, including the use of certain pain medications, food allergies, alcoholism and drug use, antibiotics, and high-sugar diets.
Aloe Vera – Your Solution To Leaky Gut
Traditionally, aloe vera has been used to ease digestive problems, as it is rich in the amino acids and enzymes which helps to repair your digestive system. Aloe vera is a power packed mini elixir of life that has hundreds of applications. It is loaded with pure derivatives of more than 300 constituents of the plant including beta-linked polysaccharides, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, lignins, saponins and anthraquinones. Hence it is ideal for anyone who is facing problems with bowel movements or conditions like IBS, IBD and Crohn’s disease.
When buying aloe vera, it is essential to do some research on which is best for your digestive system out of the many types of aloe vera supplements to choose from. Choosing the best form of aloe vera is very important to ensure you get the maximum benefits of this wonderful plant. In seeking out the best aloe vera supplement, you will find that there are many to choose from, including aloe vera fluids and powders.
The Aloeride Advantage
Aloeride® has several advantages over some of the other aloe vera supplements available. Because Aloeride® has superior quality control, you will always know you are getting the best supplement available, and it is totally hypoallergenic because it is made without the fillers many supplements use. Unlike other Aloe Vera supplements which lose more than half of their potency during processing, Aloeride is 100% pure. It is more than 2.73 times more powerful than any other supplement that even comes close.

Aloe Vera for Immune System

The immune system is responsible for defending its host against invading bacteria, viruses, fungi, and, as noted above, newly formed cancers. The immune system is made up of special cells and chemicals that fight infection. The immune system is an immensely complicated and intricate system, and like all systems in the body, it needs to be in top condition to perform optimally.
There are times during the course of our life when our immune system will stop working, as it should. The immune system is associated with defense against disease-causing agents, problems in transplants and blood transfusions, and diseases resulting from over-reaction (autoimmune, allergies) and under-reaction (AIDS).
Understanding how Aloeride® helps boost your immune system starts with understanding how your digestive tract is probably impaired. Because everything in your body is connected, your digestive tract’s health directly impacts your overall health, and your immune system.
Unfortunately, many people suffer from what is called a “leaky gut,” which means that the wall of the small intestine becomes permeable, and literally leaks toxins, microbes and food particles into your blood stream. When this adulterated blood reaches your liver, the liver goes into overdrive dealing with these “invaders,” which are actually coming from your own gut. This sends your immune system into overdrive, fighting off these toxins.
The good news is that Aloeride® can help. Aloe vera, taken orally, gently cleanses the digestive tract and repairs “leaky” intestinal walls. This will relieve most intestinal problems you may be having, including irritable bowel syndrome or illnesses like Crohn’s disease, but the good news is that when your digestive tract heals, your immune system recovers, as well.
When your immune system does not have to react to internal threats coming from your gut, it becomes stronger and protects your body from external invaders, including infections and viruses. This strengthening of the immune system begins rapidly, and the longer you take Aloeride®, the better your results and the stronger your immune system will be.
Many people underestimate the power of improving immune strength. We tend to focus on work on treating individual symptoms. While symptom treatment is helpful, whether you have a cold or a cut, the most powerful thing you can do for your health is improve your immune system.
When your immune system is strong and capable, you will be less susceptible to illness, your wounds (from scrapes to surgical incisions) will heal faster, and you will feel better overall. In short, your health will improve “globally,” throughout your whole body.
When you feel healthy, you make healthier decisions, including getting enough rest, staying stress-free, and eating right. And when you’re making healthier decisions, you are healthier.

Aloe Vera for Healing Wounds

There have been many studies and writings about the wound healing properties of Aloeride. We are all exposed to the risk of getting injured. Children, while playing with all sorts of objects or running and jumping around, have a particular tendency to harm themselves due to their carelessness or if they are not supervised by parents or other grown-ups. The body responses to these injuries in the same way it does every injury, which is an overreaction, which ends up dragging out the healing process. Potent healing properties of the aloe vera plant helps to accelerate the healing process of the injury.
Many of the compounds of the aloe vera prevent or stop inflammation caused by injury and the inflammation cause be aging, immune dysfunction, cancer and many other diseases. Many types of trauma can trigger the response of inflammation by the body. The inflammation can be external as well as internal. The most obvious symptoms of inflammation are redness, tenderness, heat, swelling and pain. Whether the inflammation is intense or constant, slight or acute, the symptoms are the same.
Of course, no one says to let the children do as they like and no one recommends or promotes responsibility. But Aloeride offers the possibility to take the opportunities that life happens to put forward and to make the best of them, lessening the worries which commonly prevent us from acting or behaving in a more spontaneous way.
Aloeride is an authentic remedy for wounds. The historic use of Aloe partially sustains the efficiency of Aloeride, but the latest technology used in processing Aloeride should break any doubts. If wounds are always a possibility, Aloeride is certainly the necessary remedy.

Aloe Vera For Eczema

You are most probably be familiar with using aloe vera for sunburns, rashes and minor cuts, but do you know that aloe vera is proven beneficial for skin disorders, such as eczema and psoriasis as well? Many people do not know that aloe vera can be taken internally instead of just external application. In this article, we look at how aloe vera can aid the healing of eczema.
If you or your child suffers from eczema, your doctor will usually prescribe hydro cortisone or steroids for suppressing the eczema symptoms. This is only a short term solution and should not be used for long period of time. Steroids brings negative side effects to our body if it is overused. Why stuff our body with harmful chemicals when we can heal eczema with natural herbal remedies?

Strong Immune System is The Key to Eczema Healing
Eczema is a skin disorder which is caused by weaken immune system. Therefore, the first step to healing eczema is to increase your body immune system. Beside taking special care of your diet and exercise, taking aloe vera internally can give your immune system a great boost. Aloe vera is one of the most potent herbs with over 75 nutrients, vitamins and minerals, making it a great supplement for anyone. With a stronger immune system, eczema flareups will be reduced.
Efficient Toxins Elimination is The Second Key to Eczema Healing
Another cause of eczema is the body inability to remove toxins. These toxins accumulate in the body and manifest themselves into eczema. Therefore, one important benefit of aloe vera is its ability to cleanse the body of harmful toxins. Many eczema sufferers experienced improved skin quality after taking aloe vera internally. They reported that their skin symptoms has reduced and their skin is noticeably smoother and softer.
Besides that, aloe vera can be applied externally on the affected eczema areas. The rich fluids in aloe vera forms a thin protective film on the skin. This layer has moisturizing as well as antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Aloe vera has the ability to penetrate the inner layer of the skin and thus is more effective to keep the skin moisture.
If you are still in search of a natural remedy for eczema, you should give aloe vera a try. With a healthy diet and lifestyle, aloe vera can give you the extra boost to heal your eczema from inside and out.

Aloe Vera For Asthma

Asthma is more common than you might think. More than 22 million people in the United States have asthma, including 6.5 million children under age 18, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Asthma is a chronic disease of the passageways (known as airways) that carry air to the lungs. When asthma strikes, these airways become constricted, and their linings become swollen, irritated, and inflamed. In susceptible individuals, this inflammation causes recurrent episodes of wheezing, breathlessness, chest tightness and coughing, particularly at night or in the early morning.
Asthma is often associated with other conditions. These conditions are often considered triggers, or things that make asthma worse . Asthma is one of the 3 manifestations of a pattern of allergy, called atopy. The associated disorders are eczema and hay fever.

Medications for long-term control of asthma include inhaled corticosteroids, cromolyn, nedocromil, leukotriene modifiers and long-acting bronchodilators. Inhaled corticosteroids remain the most effective anti-inflammatory medications in the treatment of asthma.
What if there was a way to naturally reduce the chances you will suffer from an asthma attack?
One study in 2005 found that 57% of the asthmatics studied found more relief from a combination of conventional and natural treatments, than prescription medicines alone. One of the natural treatments being used was aloe vera. This is not surprising because there are published studies on the benefits of aloe vera for asthma from as far back as 1951 to more recently in the mid 1980’s.

The dreary and cold winter months are upon us. Depending on where you live, the days seem to crawl. Outdoor activities are limited. Children get the sniffles. Colds are numerous and to make matters worse, the flu virus is part of the package during this time of year. And if that isn’t enough, houses that are heated contribute to dry and flaky skin.
There is just one single ingredient that you can take that will help with either the cold, the flu and cold induced dry skin. Aloeride® is a very effective aloe vera supplement. Taken as one capsule a day, Aloeride® is able to ward off winter’s calamities. And because Aloeride® is rich in vitamins and antioxidants, taking it on a daily basis will help in preventing the signs of aging from taking a strong hold. Outer layers of the skin will respond positively to the production of collagen and the skin stays hydrated by water that is retained.
What is Aloeride®? It is 100% pure aloe vera extract. It is loaded with minerals, photochemicals and antioxidants. Its healing qualities go back to the Egyptians who considered aloe vera to be the answer for everlasting youth. Today, aloe vera extract has been used to treat acne, eczema, psoriasis and other skin conditions. Digestive tract disorders, cardiovascular symptoms and other compromised body functions have seen great improvement whenAloeride® was taken on a daily basis.
During the winter months, taking one Aloeride® capsule will provide an antimicrobial, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Because a weak immune system is a major reason why individuals fall victim to colds and flu, Aloeride® gives that immune system the needed helping hand in order to ward off the many viruses that are common during the cold season.
Have you ever noticed how strong you feel in the warmer months and how that changes when the temperatures turn cold and your ability to go outdoors is restricted? Your immune system responds to the sun and when not available in “stronger doses” than taking Aloeride® picks up and continues strengthening your immune system.
No one can go wrong when Mother Nature provides this 100% aloe vera extract in a tiny pill that is not filled with additives and is strictly taken to heal from the inside out.
Acquiring mouth ulcers is another sign of a compromised immune system much the same way easily acquired colds are. Opening a capsule of Aloeride® and mixing it with water, letting it stay in your mouth at least five minutes will definitely do its part in stopping the pain and healing the lesion. Nothing hurts worse when attempting to eat a meal and there is a mouth ulcer preventing you from enjoying it.

Aloe Heat Lotion

If you are looking for Aloe Heat Lotion you are probably looking for the product “Aloe Heat Lotion” made by Forever Living who are the largest producers and growers of Aloe Vera and have been established since 1978.
Aloe Heat Lotion has combined its main ingredient, Aloe Vera, with warming agents to make it a wonderful massage lotion for tiered muscles and dry skin.
What makes it so good is because of the amazing properties of Aloe Vera. Aloe Vera is able to penetrate right down into the skin and take its natural anti-inflammatory and pain killing effect with it. It is an oil-in-water lotion and menthol, eucalyptus oil, apricot kernel oil, sesame oil and jojoba oil have been added to make it ideal for massage.
I have been using this product for over 12 years and have found many uses for it in my family.
My First Time Using Aloe Heat Lotion
The first time I used it I had hurt my back lifting a suitcase down from a table. I was going away and didn’t want to smell of menthol the whole weekend. However I found when I used this particular Aloe Heat Lotion after15 minuets the menthol smell had left me and my pulled muscle felt so much better. It worked so quickly! By the way you can get Forever Living’s Aloe Heat Lotion here.
My mother often complained about her “arthritic knees” as she called them but as far as she was concerned Aloe Heat Lotion really did soothe and ease them. With the flick back lid she could manage by herself.
Aloe Heat Lotion and Headache
I used to get the odd head ache and hated taking artificial pain killers for it. If I took a small amount on my finger and rubbed it into my temples within 15 minuets that pain would have gone. I found it was really good on a stiff neck, you know the type you might wake up with when you have laid awkwardly on your pillow.
One of my children would get asthma and I found when I rubbed a little on her chest and back it helped her breathing. It is perfectly safe to use on children.
It is by now obvious to me that Aloe Heat Lotion can be used on any pulled muscle and I became very popular with my local sports centre as I would always bring a tube with me!
So, if you have had a long, hard day doing whatever you do I suggest you try the Aloe Heat Lotion for yourself.

A Recipe for Aloe Vera Juice

You have decided that it was time to take better care of yourself and having read on the health benefits of aloe vera, you are determined to learn how to make aloe vera juice. Having grown aloe vera in your garden, you learn that it is quite simple and cheap to make this juice using aloe vera leaves.

Unfortunately commercial aloe vera products have chemical additives added to keep them stable. This allows them a longer shelf life but in the process they have become less than 100% natural.
Using the natural product is always better and if you have your own aloe vera plant, than you will be able to take advantage of using your own 100% natural product. You will need to consider making aloe vera juice that will last no longer than two days in your refrigerator. Aloe vera juice shouldn’t be kept longer than one week in the refrigerator.
Filleting an aloe vera plant to create a normal dosage of 300 grams of pure aloe vera juice will need an aloe vera leaf of 400 grams from a mature aloe vera plant. The ends and the edges of the leaf are cut off. The leaf is then split in two halves and clear gel is filleted out of the peelings. Don’t contaminate this gel with the latex of the leaf, a bitter yellow juice that comes out of the peelings. Blend the aloe vera gel and add the juice of a citrus fruit, blending for two minutes.
Put the mixture in the refrigerator for two hours to settle it. It is then ready to drink. If you want, you can dilute this mixture with water or any other natural juice to bring out the unique taste.
Special tips:
Only peel one side of the leaf, cutting the edges off and use a spoon to scoop out the gooey aloe.
Aloe possesses a laxative effect; consume just a little bit.
Use clean hands to transfer the get from the jar to your face or body.
Can aloe vera juice contribute to weight loss? Yes…it works to reduce and stabilize the body mass index (BMI) by stimulating the metabolic rate in the liver cells so that more energy is burned. This energy comes from fat and carbohydrate stored in the body.

Drinking aloe vera juice amounts to multiple workouts throughout the week.
Also, aloe vera has a high content of collagen protein. Drinking aloe vera juice daily allows the body to spend additional energy to encourage protein into your system. Aloe vera also reduces the time food stays in the intestine which means that less energy is absorbed from the food.
Aloe vera allows you to achieve a healthy body weight and is also known as the dietary plant, the “harmony remedy”. Take better care of yourself and create a winning recipe using aloe vera as the basis for healthy juices to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
